Osservazioni
Photographic editorial and visual storytelling
Created at the Institute for Marine and Coastal Environment of the National Research Council in Capo Granitola, Osservazioni is a visual documentation project that explores the intersection of science, environment, and visual culture. Born from a collaboration between the research center and the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo, the project invited a group of students to capture the atmosphere and identity of the research facility and its surroundings through photography.
The work was later shaped into a printed catalog, an editorial object that brings together diverse perspectives and quiet observations.
I contributed to the photographic series and co-designed the publication with another graphic designer. Together, we shaped a visual layout that gives space to the images while keeping the overall tone clear, quiet, and structured.
