Resnap

Creative direction and campaign assets creation for AI-powered photo books

Resnap, part of Albelli B.V., offered an innovative way to create photo books in minutes, using AI to automatically curate the best photos from a user’s library. For a product built on speed and simplicity, the marketing needed to feel just as intuitive.

As the principal designer supporting the marketing team, I took care of the visual direction for Resnap’s campaigns, translating core offers into cohesive, high-performing creative across email, social, and CRM channels.

Turning automation into emotion

While Resnap’s technology handled the complexity behind the scenes, the visual communication needed to keep things light, accessible, and emotionally relevant, to make automation feel personal.

Working closely with the CRM manager and digital marketing specialists, I began each campaign cycle with a creative proposal, defining a visual concept that would align the campaign message with user sentiment. From there, I produced all key assets, including newsletter layouts, short animations, and paid social visuals.

The creative direction was grounded in clarity and warmth: a clean, friendly visual language that made deal-driven messaging feel personal and engaging. Each campaign aimed to strike a balance between promotional urgency and everyday relatability.
