Website redesign for a high-performance data center
Smartdc operates multiple data centers in the Netherlands, with its Rotterdam location being the largest and most distinctive one. As part of a broader commercial push, the company required a redesigned website that could reflect its scale and technical focus, while remaining flexible and easy to manage.
Designing for clarity and consistency
Working within a pre-planned structure, I designed a system of modular page templates built for reuse across the site. Each layout was designed to scale, helping the team maintain a consistent experience as content evolved.
Custom illustrations were developed to support key concepts visually, using a mix of original and stock elements to stay efficient without losing cohesion.
I led the full website implementation in WordPress using Elementor, building template-based pages that streamlined content population and ensured design consistency.
The result is a faster, clearer, and more maintainable platform, built to support Smartdc’s commercial efforts and allow for future scalability.
